Q - Will the Assistive Mouse Adapter work with Laptops, Notebooks, Netpads etc?
A- The latest version of the Assistive Mouse Adapter works well with all Laptops, Notebooks and Netpads and will connect to any USB or PS/2 port. Please contact Montrose Secam for any further information.
Q - Will the Assistive Mouse Adapter work with Apple Computers?
A - A large range of Apple Computers (including those with the latest Operating Systems) have been tested satisfactorily.
Q - Will the Assistive Mouse Adapter work with a Wireless Mouse?
A - A large number of wireless mice function well with the Assistive Mouse Adapter.  Some wireless mice tend to be more sensitive and have higher operating speeds than others. The choice of a wireless mouse is not always desirable. 
Q - How much does it cost?

In the UK the cost is £118.00 + VAT and P&P of £6.40 including Recorded Delivery.
In Europe the cost is €138.00 +VAT and P&P of €8.40.
In the United States, Canada and the Rest of the World the cost is US$169.00 + P&P of $15.00 by Air Mail. The above prices include the supply of a compatible 2010 Logitech Scroll Wheel Optical Mouse.

Q – What if the Assistive Mouse Adapter does not work for me – can I get a refund?
A – If for any reason the Assistive Mouse Adapter is not suitable for you, we will gladly refund the original amount paid (including outward postage costs) on return of the Assistive Mouse Adapter in good condition and in its original packaging, within 30 days from delivery.  We also need to be advised of any return before shipping so that our secure returns address can be advised.

Q- Do I need to change anything on my computer?
A - Sometimes the settings of your computer may have been adjusted and the “Mouse Speed” increased by a previous user to suit their own particular requirements.  Returning your “Mouse Speed” to normal, if required, will improve your use of your computer.
