Q - Will the Assistive Mouse Adapter be compatible with my Desktop Computer?
A - The Assistive Mouse Adapter works with any desktop or tower PC. Some new models are reported to lack a connector for a PS/2 mouse. They will have a USB connector, so the Laptop Solution (see below) will work with the Assistive Mouse Adapter

Q - Will the Assistive Mouse Adapter work with Laptops?
A- New Laptops lack a PS/2 adapter. In this situation the compatible USB converter which is supplied can be used.   It connects between the long cable of the Assistive Mouse Adapter, and the laptop’s USB port.   The USB converter has been tested on several IBM Thinkpads and Dell Notepads and works well.  Please contact Montrose Secam for any further information.

A - A Logitech Cordless Optical Mouse (Part No. 831146) complete with scroll wheel works with the Assistive Mouse Adapter.    Other makes of Wireless Mice continue to be tested.

Q – What if the Assistive Mouse Adapter does not work for me – can I get a refund?
A – If for any reason the Assistive Mouse Adapter is not suitable for you, we will gladly refund the original amount paid (including outward postage costs) on return of the Assistive Mouse Adapter in good condition and in its original packaging, within 30 days from delivery.  We also need to be advised of any return before shipping so that our secure returns address can be advised.

Q- Which tremor foundations will receive a percentage of sales in the form of a donation from Montrose Secam?
A - Montrose Secam will donate a percentage of sales to a local tremor foundation in the country of sale. Where no local tremor foundation exists, a donation will instead be made to the International Essential Tremor Foundation www.essentialtremor.org
